ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM: Increase of greenhouse effect.
CAUSES: People are adding several types of greenhouse’s gases to the atmosphere.
CONSEQUENCES: Each gases’ effect affects on climate change.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM: Acid rain.
CAUSES: Is caused by emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide, which react with wáter molecules in the atmosphere and it produces acids.
CONSEQUENCES: It have harmful effects on plants, aquatic animals, infrastructure and people’s health.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM: Ozone layer depletion.
CAUSES: The chlorofluorocarbons get into the stratosphere. Ultraviolet radiaction breaks up these CFCs and releases chlorine atoms, these atoms react with ozone and it destroys the good ozone in that area.
CONSEQUENCES: The ozone layer won’t protect the Earth from the sun’s UV rays.
